Chelsea has been involved with CrossFit for nearly 10 years and comes from a background of sport & exercise science. She is a HPE teacher and has a lovely caring nature. She is genuinely interested in helping others improve and enjoy their workouts.
Marne started Crossfit in 2018 after joining Ariston to loose weight and find her zest for life again at 47!
After only 12 months, she had found it in the form of Crossfit and knew she wanted to help others do the same. Nearly 4 years to the day, Marne took her Level 1 Crossfit course and is now a part of our coaching team.
Bringing lived experience, being sedentary and overweight for 20+ years with health issues looming, Marne is now passionate about creating longevity and staying healthy and fit into her later years and wants to pass this experience onto others.
Keith is our mechanic, he keeps our bodies firing at their best and gets us back to operating at full capacity if there is something wrong. He is our in-house physiotherapist with many years of experience in the industry. Keith brings his extensive knowledge of the body to his coaching. He is an incredibly modest man who will give anyone his time.
Matt is the man to talk all things food and exercise with. Matt has a 'give-anything-a-go' attitude and loves a challenge. He is a great guy you can approach any time to ask about training or nutrition, and he is sure to help you reach your potential.
