Deciding whether or not to eat that chocolate is not a tough choice to make.

Nor is selecting an appropriate time to go to bed.

We just give in to the easy option.

It's easier to put the responsibility for your downfalls, your weaknesses, your inability to progress and succeed on someone else or something else.

It's easier to just accept your current habits and never change.

You don't make tough decisions or have hard conversations because it's easier not to. Most of all, you avoid self-reflection and self-responsibility because it's easier.

You absolutely can make tough decisions. Self-responsibility is 100% something you are capable of.

But it will be hard.

It's hard to join a gym when you haven't been active for a while.

It's hard to accept that you are the reason for your current life situation.

It's hard to make better eating choices when you never have.

Hard is not impossible.

Make the hard choice which brings you closer to your goals.

Make the hard choice to own everything about your life, your work, your relationships, your health and fitness, and your finances. All of it.

Make your first hard decision and the rest will seem less daunting.
